Lesa began her career on the East Coast working her way up in fine dining restaurants to earn her hustling street cred in the kitchen before attending culinary school and seeking externship at Coultibuono Winery at La Badia Ristorante in Giaole, Italy.
She's a unique chef in that she loves business management as well as the craft and art of cookery, believing no chef is an island - and to do what we do well we must keep the craft alive and competitive by training others.
"Great teams take time, an investment into the person - and most chefs want to see the commitment of the culinarian first. Not all cooks are Chefs or will ever be chefs, but ALL TRUE chefs are indeed amazing cooks."
